Paying at EA app from the UK
EA's PC launcher sells its own games and runs EA Play. Its refund policy is short, so it pays to know how it works.
Accepted payment methods

The EA Wallet
The EA Wallet can hold up to £180 and is topped up only by redeeming EA gift cards; the country where you first redeem one becomes the wallet's country. You cannot split a pre-order or an EA Play subscription between wallet and card.
Refunds
Eligible full games bought on the EA app can be refunded within 24 hours of first launching them, or within 14 days of purchase if you never launched them. Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before release. New EA games that will not run for reasons within EA's control get a 72-hour window. Downloadable content is excluded, and EA cannot refund anything bought through Steam, Epic or a console store.
Pre-orders
EA charges straight away when you pre-order and lets you cancel from your order history before release; any pre-authorisation is released within seven working days.
